The Associação Paredes pela Inclusão Social (APPIS) is a Portuguese non-profit founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs aiming to foster social inclusion through education. Based in Paredes, the association focuses on fighting school dropout and failure by offering socio-educational support, accredited adult education, and family guidance to empower vulnerable local communities. APPIS also supports job seekers with career guidance, interview preparation, and local or international traineeship opportunities.
